  7. The 7 Series is based around a personal workstation machine. This multitasking,
  8. mult-iuser system uses the industry standard UNIX operating system to run an
  9. advanced library of thermal analysis application software programs. The UNIX
  10. operating system takes advantage of the power of the 80486-based workstation.
  11. It provides access to extended amounts of memory, allowing realtime
  12. multitasking control of multiple thermal analysis instruments and data analysis
  13. tasks. The 7 Series is designed for laboratories that require the highest in
  14. performance, speed, and productivity from their thermal analysis system. These
  15. include laboratories with high sample volumes, general analytical laboratories
  16. which are required to run many different types of samples, and R&D laboratories
  17. that will be running multiple thermal analyzers simultaneously.
